NEW THIS YEAR: Two methods of providing booth staff names to create exhibitor badges through Convention Data Services (CDS):

WOCN exhibitors can create and maintain your badge name lists on line by accessing the CDS web site (also create/maintain your housing data on line - see Housing). As a confirmed exhibitor, CDS provides you with introductory information including the proper URL address, User ID and Password to access CDS' web site. Or complete this Badge Order Form and fax to (508) 759-4552 by 5:00 PM, June 23, 2006 . Badges are available on site at the Exhibitor Registration Desk, Main Lobby of the Minneapolis Convention Center.

  1. Badge Orders
    • By June 23, 2006 , register exhibiting staff on line at the following web site address: http://www.xpressreg.net/register/wocn066/exhibitor/login.asp. Go to the menu "Exhibitor Badges" Login link. Select your Company Name and enter the Password issued by CDS.
    • Details will be e-mailed to confirmed, paid exhibitors by CDS including user identifications & passwords.
    • Additional option: complete a Badge Order Form and return to CDS via fax: (508) 759-4552, or mail to WOCN Society 2006 Conference Registration Center , C/O Convention Data Services (CDS), 107 Waterhouse Rd , Bourne , MA 02532
  2. Badge Allotment Policy
    • All exhibitor personnel must be registered.
    • A limited two (2) registrations per 10' x 10' booth will be provided without charge.
    • Badge allows admission to exhibit hall, Sunday, June 25, 2006 Welcome Reception with Exhibitors and to Monday & Tuesday, June 26-27, 2006 's exhibit hall. If you wish to have access to other social events, general sessions, educational sessions / educational events, please complete the registration form found in the Conference Brochure.
    • Additional "exhibit hall only" staff badges over the allotment per exhibiting company will be assessed at $75.00 each. (See Badge Order Form)
  3. Badge On-Site Pickup
    • Badges are prepared in advance and are available for pick up at the Exhibitor Registration Desk, Minneapolis Convention Center , Main Lobby, near the entrance to Ballroom A/B.
  4. WOCN 2006 On-Site Registration Days/Hours (Tentative Schedule)
    • Your business card will be necessary to obtain a badge on-site.
