This international journal provides continuing education for the entire scope of WOC nursing practice. It is the authoritative resource devoted to the nursing care and management of patients with abdominal stomas, wounds, pressure ulcers, fistulas, vascular ulcers, and incontinence. Original, peer-reviewed articles examine these topics in hospital, home and long-term care settings.

|Continuing Education Center (CEC)|
The WOCN Society has recreated the Global Learning Center (GLC) as the NEW Continuing Education Center (CEC). The Society is currently transitioning files from the GLC to the CEC, so if you want to purchase any presentations, it still has to be done on the GLC site. We will update you as soon as all of the files are completely transitioned. For now, you can start exploring the CEC.
The sections in the CEC include:
- Conference Library: All sessions from past conferences available for purchase. View PowerPoint's, sessions, obtain handouts and more.
- Wound Treatment Associate Program: Earn continuing education from WOCN Society's wound care education program for non-specialty nurses and military medics.
- Webcasts: Attend LIVE broadcasts of Annual Conference Sessions and download archived webcasts in WOC care.
- Continuing Education: Looking for continuing education credits in wound, ostomy and continence care? Earn over 40 contact hours by completing WOCN Society's enduring conference activities and certification review courses.
WOC Skin Health Weekly
Members: The WOCN Society is widely recognized by the public and by the nursing profession, as being strongly associated with the education and promotion of wound, ostomy and continence (WOC) nurses. The value of the Society is communicated to all providers and beneficiaries of WOC care, delivery and interests through our publications, education and membership. Therefore, your membership with the Society is valuable and important to us. In appreciation of your membership, we are dedicated to keeping you informed on all aspects of the organization.
At this time, we would like to ensure that members are aware the WOC Skin Health Weekly™ states it is not a publication of, nor is it affiliated in any way with, the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society (WOCN). The WOC Skin Health Weekly™ is an independent weekly e-news publication providing career empowerment resources including the latest clinical, industry, and product news, clinical education, marketing research, and the most recently posted jobs requiring expertise in the prevention and treatment of skin breakdown and wound care.
Thank you for taking the time to read this information and for understanding the distinct separateness between the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society and the WOC Skin Health Weekly.
Please let us know if you have any questions and thank you for your continued membership and support.
