A combined 64 people participated in the first webinar of the Learn and Earn webinar series.
This WOCN endorsed webinar series has proven to be another tool to educate health care providers assisting with the care delivery of individuals with wound, ostomy and continence related issues.
Web based education gives you the ability to develop your staff in a cost effective and efficient way as they involve no travel and minimal time away from the bedside. The webinars listed below are an excellent opportunity to learn more about the most current "must have" information needed for better patient care.
Who should take advantage of these online educational opportunities?
YOUR TEAM! All nurses responsible for the care of skin, wounds, and ostomies in a variety of care settings: hospital, home care, long-term care and long-term acute care. You may wish to include administrators, case managers, educators and front-line managers who serve as resources and supervisors to direct care providers, as they will obtain new information from these webinars, too. If physical therapists have a role in wound care or formulary development in your facility, you may wish to include them, too.

The webinars can be viewed individually or as a group. To register your group so each individual earns CE at no additional cost, one person must register and pay either the member or nonmember price. After that initial registration is complete, follow the instructions on the registration page to receive a designated group code. Each individual will be eligible to receive CE credit.
