Opening Keynote at the 45th Annual Conference: Raise Your Voice: Nurses Transforming Healthcare
Dr. Diana Mason will present this year's energizing opening keynote, Raise Your Voice: Nurses Transforming Healthcare.
This session will explore nurses as innovators in a transformed health care system, highlighting key models of care developed by Edge Runners--nurses who have developed models of care for which there is good clinical and financial outcome data. "Lessons learned" will be shared to help nurses think about how to be innovators in small and large sustainable ways.
Register for the 45th Annual Conference.
Register for the Great Comebacks National Awards Dinner
The Great Comebacks® National Awards Event, which recognizes the achievements of people who have overcome Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, colorectal cancer and other conditions that can lead to ostomy surgery, will kick off the WOCN Society's 45th Annual Conference. Please join us Saturday night, June 22nd, 2013.
Be a part of this amazing evening filled with emotional and inspiring stories of hope, courage and accomplishment from our patients and caregivers.

"From the Kitchen of..." Submit Your Recipe!
We're now collecting patient-friendly recipes to include in the new WOCN magazine. Submit any recipe you like, whether it's a healthy dish, a dish that's easy on the stomach, or a dish that's just good for the soul to email@example.com.
Include any other information or background about the recipe. We'll contact if we're going to feature it in the magazine.
Submission deadline is February 28, 2013.
Member Benefit: Image Library
As the WOCN Society continues to grow so does our need for images for the Image Library, as its success depends on the submission from our members. The library contains a variety of images related to the care of wound, ostomy and incontinence patients and provides the opportunity to search and download for professional and educational purposes. Submitting is easy to do!
to log in and you will be directed to the library. There you will find a photo release form that must be included with each submission as well as helpful tips on how to correctly reference images once they are used.
