We have received reports that UNOFFICIAL housing companies are contacting our exhibitors and attendees offering rooms at a lower rate in selected hotels. The official WOCN & CAET Housing Company is Meeting Services Plus. Any other company representing the Joint Conference is not affiliated with us.

Please Note: It is certainly your choice as to where you want to stay during the Joint Conference, but please understand that WOCN and CAET do have contractual obligations that we must honor, and we must do all we can to assure that there are no negative financial implications to the Society and the WOCN Society membership. By not staying in a "host" hotel you miss out on the camaraderie of fellow WOCN Society and CAET members inside and outside of scheduled activities. Please factor in the cost to commute to and from the conference if you stay outside of the WOCN Society block.
