Award-winning motivational speaker Sam Glenn will be this year's opening keynote.
Sam's talk "Roots of Success" will focus on the roots that makes success possible:
Connecting to what inspires us and what enables us to grow. This can be education, learning new ways of doing things, learning from others and bringing value to what we do and who we are.
Working with others. Everybody plays a role in the success of a tree. It is important to recognize, respect and acknowledge what others do in a positive way. We achieve more when we work together.
Developing a greater resilience through the seasons. Life is filled with changes, challenges and the unexpected. Having a positive attitude does not stop the seasons from coming but equips us to withstand the test of time and allows us to find solutions to move forward.

PICO is changing the rules of NPWT with one system indicated for use on acute wounds, chronic wounds and surgical incisions. Our technology uniquely manages exudate by locking away and evaporating thus making it canister free! We're expanding the NPWT benefits beyond the wound site by providing compression to the periwound, which may help reduce edema and improve perfusion.

Position Health Presents the TurnAssist
Prevent nursing injuries while decreasing pressure injury prevalence with the TurnAssist Patient Turning System. Rugged construction, a more comfortable microclimate, and washability make the TurnAssist the ideal tool for your facility's patient turning protocol.
The offset wedges are sized
to fit a patient's body better, supporting the torso while offloading the sacrum while the double-sewn handles make re-positioning easy. The triple-layer glide sheet allows air flow for use with low air-loss mattresses, and supports easy patient turns. Optional incontinence pads keep the patient dry. TurnAssist can be laundered or wiped down for continued use.
