Have you had success in reducing HAPU and CAUTI? Have you lowered or eliminated avoidable readmissions with team-based strategies? We'd love to hear from you!

Through a new initiative developed by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) called Partnership for Patients, members of the WOCN Society can share their strategies for success to be shared among the WOCN membership, the Hospital Engagement Networks and other facilities with the goal of reducing pressure ulcers and CAUTI.

Your strategy may also be featured in the Partnership for Patients newsletter.
