Have you had success in reducing HAPU and CAUTI? Have you lowered or eliminated avoidable readmissions with team-based strategies? We'd love to hear from you!

Through a new initiative developed by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) called Partnership for Patients, members of the WOCN Society can share their strategies for success to be shared among the WOCN membership, the Hospital Engagement Networks and other facilities with the goal of reducing pressure ulcers and CAUTI.

Your strategy may also be featured in the Partnership for Patients newsletter.

For your efforts, the WOCN Society will recognize your hard work in an issue of the WOCNow and during the WOCN Society's 45th Annual Conference.

Let us recognize the difference you make!
