New WTA Program Resources Available

Two new resources have been developed to support the Wound Treatment Associate Program.

This resource is meant to demonstrate the different roles that WTA graduates can play on a wound care team and includes a side-by-side comparison role delineation among wound care providers. The guide can help hospital administrators understand how to utilize WTA program graduates on their unit and further demonstrates the value of certified WOC nurses.

This resource illustrates the positive impact of the WTA Program. WOC nurses can use this resource to show hospital administrators the effect that bringing the WTA Program can have on their facility, including the areas impacted by WTA knowledge and practice.
