Who Can Apply?
Certified Wound Care nurses (CWOCN®, CWCN® or CWON®).
The individual or team leader must be a CWOCN, CWCN or CWON. Members of the team may be licensed healthcare providers or members of the facility’s management/leadership team.
Members in good standing of the WOCN Society.
Individuals or teams to include a maximum of 4 persons, who are 21 years of age or older and are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
