You Are Here - Event Map & Directory
You Are HereThis year, we are bringing back You Are Here, an online interactive map and directory of the exhibit hall. You Are Here will help you discover, connect, and familiarize yourself with exhibitors and educational opportunities before, during and after the Conference.

With, Your Are Here it's easy to learn more about session descriptions and speakers. Search for companies or products and build an agenda including setting appointments with exhibitors. Even sync your exhibit hall experience with "ShowStream" - a social media module that lets attendees follow mainstream and social media news about conference events. Conference Handouts

This year handouts for the sessions at the Annual Conference will be available electronically. You will not be receiving print versions of these handouts. However, there will be many ways for you to access the handouts.

  1. An email will be sent to those of you registered, prior to conference, with a link that will allow you to download and/or print the handouts (those that are available) before you come to New Orleans.
  2. There will be print Stations on site at the Annual Conference where you can print the handouts (those that are available).  It is not recommended that you try and print all of the handouts while at conference.
  3. When you arrive in New Orleans you will receive a USB bracelet, sponsored by ConvaTec, in your conference bag. Due to ANCC guidelines, the USB drive cannot be supported by a commercial company and come pre-loaded with educational content. However, you will be able to download all of the available handouts to the USB bracelet via the on-site print stations.
  4. Handouts will also be available to you after you arrive home
