The National Quality Forum (NQF) is seeking public comment as part of the consensus-based process to update the Serious Reportable Events (SRE) List. A proposed national measure could label Stage 3, 4, and deep tissue pressure injuries acquired after admission as likely avoidable. That includes nearly every care setting—and your expertise is needed now.
