WOCN 2021 ELECTION RESULTS
Thank you to all the eligible WOCN members who participated in this year’s WOCN annual elections.
We are pleased to announce the following results in compliance with the WOCN Bylaws:
According to Article VI, Section 9 of the WOCN Bylaws, Leadership Development Committee is responsible for identifying “an individual that is qualified to fill the vacancy for remainder of the term and present to the Board for approval”. As such, the following recommendations were made and subsequently approved by the WOCN Board of Directors:
- The outcome of this year’s elections resulted in a one-year vacancy for the Treasurer, since Vicky Pontieri-Lewis will resign the position, effective June 26, 2021, to serve as President-Elect. Derik Alexander was approved to serve the remainder one-year term as Treasurer.
- Mary Jo Conley was approved to serve as Director, replacing Derik Alexander, for a two-year term.
Join us in congratulating the following volunteer leaders who will take office on the WOCN Board of Directors, effective June 26, 2021:
