As valued members of the WOC care community, you’re in our hearts and thoughts as the world continues to navigate these unprecedented times.

The impacts of COVID-19 have caused many organizations to modify prescheduled events, including the WOCN Society.

The Society’s leadership has been closely monitoring information provided by the CDC and WHO to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of WOCNext 2020 attendees, event speakers, exhibitors, and staff during this challenging time. Considering the nature of this rapidly evolving situation, we have made the necessary decision to transition the in-person event, originally set for June 7-10 in Cleveland, OH, to a reimagined, online-only experience.

We have worked extremely hard on this year’s event and we’re prepared to transition the experience to an online experience as we continue to prioritize the safety of our community. We are eagerly embracing this adjustment as an opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to supporting the professional development, networking and education of our community. Dedicated to finding ways for our attendees, exhibitors and speakers to learn and interact with each other via our online experience as we provide the community with the research, education, advocacy, and networking opportunities that set our event apart, year after year.

While we continue to work out the details to make this reimagined event a reality, we welcome you to sign up for event alerts and visit our FAQs page for the latest updates. Additional information will be available soon.

Thank you for your support and patience as we continue to reimagine and innovate WOCNext 2020.

Stay well,
Stephanie Yates

We do not have the coverage in our facility to allow us to attend the conference via "reimaging" at this time in June as we had hoped. We will need to cancel this registration. Please advice to the next steps that we will have to make.
