Since 1968, we’ve advocated for WOC care, and today are known by policy makers as the subject-matter expert. We have people paying attention to every aspect of WOC care, and pride ourselves on the significant strides we’ve made to policy. Advancing the practice of WOC care takes hard work, but that doesn’t stop us from spearheading the research or funding the investment. We facilitate and share evidence- and consensus-based research that advances WOC care and careers. Our members not only have access to this research but can contribute to it by participating in studies, attending conferences and webinars, and disseminating findings from podcasts, courses, and more. With research like this, you can elevate the care you provide, the career you want, and the professional you are.
